Sourdough DISCARD Class || August 9th

We are so excited to be able to offer our community of curious cooks and bakers a LEVEL 2 Sourdough Class!

If you have taken one of our Sourdough Starter classes or you are simply a more experienced bread maker looking to dive deeper into the sourdough bread processes, this class is for you!

Kirsten Hatch will be teaching you how to discard your sourdough starter into new, beautiful products! She will focus on sourdough chocolate chip cookies that you will bake and eat in class, AND and sourdough focaccia dough which you will take to bake at home!

You'll get to have some tasty bites and learn at the same time. :)
